Nominations can be submitted via the following forms.

Volunteer nominations are due March 25, 2026.
Exec. Board Nominations are due April 7, 2026. Exec board positions will be selected by membership vote at the annual meeting, April 19 at 6:00 pm at First National Bank Arena.
Executive Board (3 Yrs.)
Officers (President, Vice-President, Secretary, Treasurer and At-Large members) are elected by the Association Membership. In the event of a post-election vacancy, an interim person will be appointed and will complete the rest of that term. Officers shall hold their positions for a term of three years.
No one person may hold more than one office concurrently.

Board of Directors (3 Yrs)
The Board of Directors shall be comprised of Officers as well as the Registration Director, Equipment Manager, Player Development Director, Volunteer Director, Scheduling Director, Equipment Manager and Rinks and Ground Director.
Director and Coordinator positions shall be elected by the Board of Directors by a simple majority of the existing board members at the annual meeting.
