Tournament Coordinator

Each MLAHA home tournament will have one Tournament Coordinator to serve as the point person for the weekend and help make the tournament organized, fun, and memorable for our players and visiting teams.

The Tournament Coordinator will work with the Team Manager, Concessions Manager, Volunteer Coordinator, Tournament Director, and team parents to coordinate tournament details including signage and decorations, raffle baskets, special concessions, optional activities or team fundraisers, and any additional volunteer needs. During the tournament, the coordinator will also help monitor volunteer coverage, keep the tournament board updated, and make sure GameSheet is ready and updated as the tournament progresses.

You are not expected to do everything yourself! This role is about planning, communicating, and delegating to make sure all of the pieces come together.

If the Tournament Coordinator position is not filled, these responsibilities will fall to the Team Manager.
