Step 1 of 2: All new and returning players must register with USA Hockey FIRST. After that, return to this registration page to register with us.
CLICK HERE to go to USA Hockey. Register your player (s) and save the USA Hockey # also known as the confirmation #. If you're registering more than one player, each player must have their own unique USA Hockey confirmation #.

2007 & Older: $54.00
2008 - 2013: $81.00
2014 - 2017: $71.00
2018 - 2019: $58.00
2020 & Younger: $17.00
A MN Hockey Affiliate fee may also apply.

Additional Info
- As mentioned above, early bird discount ends July 31, 2026.
- First year hockey players with MLAHA receive FREE registration. We can assist with equipment rental and is based on equipment availability. Equipment rental dates will be provided by the Equipment Manager.
- Family max is $1110*/$1310. Please connect with Rachel if your family will reach the max this season.

Pay in 4 installments with deposit due the day of registering for the season
$100 deposit ($25 for Mites)

Raffle Tickets
Each family is required to purchase two books of raffle tickets. Total is $200.
- You can sell the tickets or write your name on the them.
- Pick up dates will be provided by the Fundraising Coordinator.
- Cash or check only. Make checks payable to MLAHA.
- Cool prizes available for those interested in selling additional tickets.
Volunteer Credit
Families with volunteer credit must register during early bird registration to redeem the credit. No exceptions.
Volunteer credit is applied to your child's account. When finalizing your registration, you will see a checkbox indicating your available credit.
Families with more than one player will see their volunteer credit applied to the oldest child in the association.
Families with volunteer credit that is more than the cost of their oldest child will see credit for their other child/children where applicable.
Financial Hardship
We’re committed to ensuring every child has the opportunity to play hockey this season.

USA Hockey Fees
USA Hockey Fees are separate from MLAHA registration and cannot be included in a payment plan with MLAHA.
